Not his fault, product to be installed was not due to arrive until Thursday, he arrived on Tuesday. Now shipment not scheduled to arrive until Monday November 18.

Installer was quick and very accommodating. Only took 1.5hrs to complete the job, he told me about the everything that was going to happen then all I had to do was help lift the Tv so he could finish the installation.
