Not his fault, product to be installed was not due to arrive until Thursday, he arrived on Tuesday. Now shipment not scheduled to arrive until Monday November 18.

The Tech was on time in fact he called and asked could he come a few minutes early. He was really nice and professional and he knew what he was doing. He got the job done quick and he cleaned up after he finished.

Keith installed the tv mount, got the tv on the wall, plugged it up and the tv was defective. I am waiting on a replacement. When the replacement comes in, Keith said he will come out and hang it at no charge.
