This is a great idea. Used these this year instead of timers that come on when it gets dark out, and half the house is on and the other half is off. This plug solved that issue since you can set a schedule for when they come and turn off. Also works with Alexa and phone.

We bought this on accident, meant to buy the indoor ones but I hooked them up to the outside Christmas lights in front and back and have been impressed that the plugs have stayed connected and the timers work, turn on at 5pm and off at midnight. Also love that I can tell Alexa to turn on the Christmas lights and all of the lights indoor and outside go on. Love technology!

Worked first time and was easy to set up with their Kasa app on my smartphone. I have it turning on and off two different circuits - each plug is programmable independent of the other.

These work great for outdoor Christmas lights. The setup was pretty simple, and I didn't experience any connection dropouts over the several weeks I had them hooked up. I love that the plugs can be separately controlled. Very satisfied!
