Followed instructions by leaving it on 24hrs a day and the fan stopped working only after a few months. When it was working it mostly trapped moths.

Was hopeful that this would help keep back patio clear of mosquitos and gnats but did not work at all. Dont buy.

I'm very skeptical of products like this. However, once plugged in it is amazing! We no longer have flies, that's, mosquitos, etc. bugging us.

My main concern is that it does kill a lot of bees at least 30 a week so I am not using it anymore. It did help with mosquitoes

I bought the Dynatrap 1/2 Acre and it get no flies for three consecutive days. The product is not work.

I've owned this since last fall, shut off during the winter and went to change the bulb for spring use. What a pain. You have to perform major surgery just to change the bulb! Poor design. There must be a better product in the market.

I could not see a single mosquito that was captured by this thing. What I could see were moths...lots and lots of moths...that went into the light and died. After cleaning up the carnage that occurred over just one night packaged them up and returned.

I've had it running for about a week and a half. It has caught a good bit of insects, my complaint however would be that I've had to clean it out multiple times already not due to being full but because something got stuck in the fan part. The first time it was a fried tree frog and the second and third time it was beetles.
