After I had my first son I was a little overweight from everything, and I think drinking sugary soda was not helping much so I switched to diet which really helped me get back to my normal weight, and diet coke was the one I liked most. The flavor is so unique and refreshing. I was starting to get migraines if I didn't have one within a few minutes of waking up and it wouldn't go away for the rest of the day. That tipped me off that maybe I shouldn't be drinking it. It is caffeine and sugar free so its good for those who wish to drink these sort of healthy drinks but it's simply not for me, especially as its not much cheaper than the original.
