- 4 out of 5 stars review1/9/2022This is a trusty standby for me. Being diabetic it’s the only diet cola that doesn’t leave a fuzzy jacket on my teeth afterward. I like that it burns my tongue a little bit, but that said, that also tells me this product is definitely not good for me, and the chemicals in something I’m consuming shouldn’t be able to burn all the grime off of a penny, so I feel guilty drinking it. Too many chemicals and that’s what I’d change about it. I’d recommend hesitantly, with the disclaimer that it’s loaded with chemicals.

Knowing that there’s no sugar in it also makes me feel much better about the amount that I drink. The classic packing, the cans, the bottles, you name it are just great. There’s usually always a deal as well when buying them so they come out to a decent price.

However, I will say the flavour is not quite the same as the original Coke. That's why I had to remove a star. It has a more sweet aftertaste and I really prefer the harsher bite of the original or zero versions of Coke. However, with some ice and not comparing side by side, it's hard to tell the differences.

I tried this Diet Coke as it has only one calorie per hundred ml. However I dislike the taste as I really don’t like artificial sweeteners and for me it really spoils the drink

I like how it has a good flavor even though it doesn’t have all the sugars of normal Coke. It’s not my go to soda but when I don’t want all the calories or sugar, this is the winner!

But all the chemicals in there will damage your body more than regular coke would, so if you can drink regular coke, do that instead! If you’re trying to cut back on calories and just replace coke with Diet Coke, you won’t be doing your body any good.
