I mean, i can drink regular, but id have to give coverage and go through that whole process. So, i just opt for diet! I always buy the small 8oz cans and pack them in my fridge at school. It is great from the can cold or over ice as long as it is ice cold. I highly recommend this beverage. It helps me replace my surgery iced sweet tea drinks as I am on a diet currently.
