Usually a very good buy, great tasting. I buy these rolls all the time, as a plus member, the person selecting delivery groceries should check dates on the item. I was sent rolls dated two days before I ordered and they were very dry and flavorless. That was the first time I had this experience. Sam's refunded me and I threw them out. I will not give up on them, just hope the shoppers ask themselves would they like pre-dated bread knowing the rolls are baked fresh everyday.

They are always fresh and are light even to not fill you up but hold up to becoming a mini sandwich full of your favorite leftovers. I never have to worry about packaging with these because there are rarely any to put away. If I did have extra rolls, the Sam’s packaging leaves a little to be desired. It tears easily and is not resealable. But, I solve that problem with a ziploc bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dinner rolls were freshly baked when I purchased them. There are 24 rolls in a pack, so it does feed a family for a couple of days. Also, if you have a smaller family, or not planning to eat too many carbs, these freeze great as well. The taste was excellent, just a hint of sweetness on the outside and perfectly spongy on the inside. They are good by themselves, toasted with butter, or split in half and through a piece of grilled chicken in middle, as I did.

Our catering company has bought these for over 10 years, and we use them for several different menu items. I found with my local store that they had SHRUNK by nearly half and they are very dense. We began driving to Sam's outside our area and found better products, but now all we're finding are the same small size, and they're dense and dry. I guess this is the new yeast roll? I'll find a new source of they don't improve.

I thought they were a bit dense but thats not necessarily a complaint. I tried these rolls plain with butter and i also tried them brushed with garlic butter and toasted for 3 minutes. I liked both but encourage you to heat them up for the best experience!

The packaging would be better if they had a tie on the bag instead of the tape tie. Get yourself a bag and put some yummy pork inside!

I buy these rolls every month. Loved the "slider"size, perfect for small sandwiches. This month they were less than half the size, a little bit bigger than a half dollar and not soft. I went ahead and bought them and tried one and it was very dense and not good. Sams club do better, asked a bakery associate about them and was told that's the way they are.

I thought they were a bit on the drier side. Maybe I just got a batch that was overbaked. They didn't have as much flavor as the smell would indicate. Decent flavor. Easy to pull apart. Did taste better once heated up and butter put on them. Might be good for sliders or small kids sandwiches. The calories aren't too bad for a roll either. Price is really good for 24. Almost wish it'd be a 12-pack or 18 but can freeze for a short amount of time. Bag is easy to open and close. Good for holiday gatherings.
