Who is in charge of over cooking all the bread?!

Every single time I pass by the rolls or any other bread they offer its all way overdone and hard. Whomever is suggesting the timing on the bakes are grossly over doing it. Bread is supposed to be soft not dry and baked too long. Please review the timing on all baked goods.

They changed the recipe and are no longer any good

We used to buy these once a month or so and were awesome to have in the freezer to use as a quick side item for supper. BUT, they are no longer the same rolls. They used to be good, but instead of what is pictured, they are square and flat. Taste more like a beer bread, sans the flavor. I don't know why they aren't available as the "classic recipe" any more and more confusing is how Sam's thinks that the new ones could ever replace the old ones... Shame. For <$4, they were one of the best things Sam's had. If what you see is squared with a dome on top, avoid them like the plague. They are horrible.
