9 years ago we bought 6 Serta mattresses from SamsClub when we entered our new house. after 9 years they are all still in good shape beside one that sunk in one area. We called the company and they stood behind their warranty and replaced it with a new one. This is a company that stands behind their products. We will buy our future mattresses from them. The coils provide more support and durability while the top layer feels like memory foam, providing comfort. I wanted to test it out a month before reviewing and I’m happy to say that I’m very pleased with the mattress and would highly recommend it.

Cooling feature not fully used since it is wintertime but in the few weeks I've had the new mattress- no issues. Really love the design and comfort. Looking forward to many years of great sleep. Got an adjustable base and it is a blessing for my allergies to be able to lift my head without having to stack pillows. Great investment for my health.

Serta has created a firm mattress that cradles my body through the night while relieving back pain and pressure on my joints! I normally have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep through the night but I have slept so well the past 2 weeks on this mattress. Words don’t do this mattress and its comfort level justice. Just get yourself a Serta!

This isn't as I thought it would be.

I bought this FIRM mattress Aug.01,2024 and it was awesome!, but then (always a but) after a few months it started to sag in the middle, turning it didn't help. So will be returning it within the 120 night return window and try Serta Hello Dreams instead.

I had high hopes because we love Serta and it had good reviews but I cannot recommend this mattress. My back hurts so much after sleeping on this mattress. I wish I splurged and put the money towards an iComfort like we have in our other room. I thought I would be able to save some money and have less quality/comfort but all it has left me with is back pain. Deeply regret my decision. It is way too firm. I am not sure where the hybrid comes into play because I can’t feel the foam part at all. It’s the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s like a rock.

Initially a very comfortable mattress but after only 3 months this mattress has a noticeable lumpy hole in the center! User is 130 lb woman.
