COVERED in flour/potato starch, we buy LOTS of cheese and I’ve never seen anything like it. Almost like they dumped a whole cup in the small bag, truly excessive, I will never buy again.

not edible. So heavily coated with anti caking powder that it was visible on my hands. The powder left visible and detectable texture in the finished dish. Just terrible. I have been using name brand pre shredded cheese for years without a problem, but this MM product is just awful.

This cheese is incredible. It is creamy, melts perfectly, and I love the thickness of it. I put it on a myriad of different things from pizza and tacos to eggs, etc. This is the one thing I always get when I go to Sam's club. It also lasts a really long time too.

I bought this cheese a week ago and it has caused diarrhea for my family. At first we didn't know it was the cheese, but after multiple instances and eliminating other factors, it is definitely this cheese. The bag also does not seal easily.

Made from real milk not reconstituted milk ( dried milk powder )as a lot of your American cheeses are made from .these days .as I haul cheese for my job .

It is one of our family staples. We use it on nachos, enchiladas, hamburgers, pizzas, hot dogs. It is a very good mix of cheeses!

The Members Mark Colby & Monterey Jack tastes as great as the brand name cheese but at a lower cost.
