Love this because it comes in 2 -- 1 lb packages instead of 1! -- This way the cheese last longer and stays fresher!

I love this mixture of cheeses and we use it for toppings on casseroles mainly but for other uses too.

We like the cheese and use it on several dishes. My dog especially likes it and knows when I open the drawer where the cheese is kept.

Wish they come back out with the large bags of finely shredded Colby and Monterey Jack. Not a fan of this
