We do recommend cutting your fruits and veggies into 1 inch pieces to help them move through without clogging. Additionally, very starchy or stringy fruits like papaya or celery are not ideal for this machine. If you need more assistance or troubleshooting tips please reach out at bydash.com/help. Thank you!
