It doesn't get very hot on the outside at all like normal dryer's and the lint filter is so easy to clean.. Normally for me it takes about an hour hour and a half to dry a load of towels in with this dryer time is cut in half! I couldn't be happier with this dryer and it's performance its top of the line and it has so much room!! Thanks Samsung for another wonderful product!!

It has Heavy Duty, Bedding, Activewear, and Quickdry settings for a certain preference that you may like. The clothes come out ready to wear with no wrinkles. It's a quiet dryer which I like because you don't even realize it's on, until the notification alerts you. It also has the perfect digital display so you can see in the brightest or darkest of room. I highly recommend this quality product especially if your looking for a modern but minimalistic look!

When I set the timer to dry clothes it will run it's time and finish when it's supposed to or even faster. The dryer is easy to operate plus the filter is easy to come out and clean all the lint. This device is also big in size to load after the washer and there is no problem when finished drying. When the clothes are finished drying, they come out with no wrinkles. The Samsung dryer has a knob to choose the different drying cycles and a digital display. I highly recommend the dryer to other customers that want to purchase a great quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to get this dryer because we were looking for something more energy efficient plus wanted the ability to close out the vent outside, this does both. I love the large capacity and it definitely does well with large loads. I have had no issue of loads of laundry not being dry after the cycle is over. The settings are self explanatory and easy to differentiate between them. The cleaning and water emptying is easy , though a new thing to get used to. I also really enjoy how this connects to the smartthings app, We have two other appliances connected so I enjoy that this can be added seamlessly. So far very happy with this.

This dryer is a more basic model, but has everything I need, from customizable settings to Sensor Dry! There are also preset settings too. There's a lint filter indicator too (looks like two overlapping grids)! I tend to clean my filter out after every use, if I remember to, but this is a great icon. Also, the lint filter is a container type, so can hold up a decent amount of lint. The dryer itself also holds a good amount (especially given the space it takes up - not a lot). The price is also great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice Ventless Dryer with a lot of drying settings to accommodate any type of material you are trying to dry, like delicate, wool, steam to prevent wrinkles, ect.. my personal favorite is the towel setting it helps the towels come out nice fluffy and soft. I also like the fact that it is ventless so it makes it easier to put anywhere that you don't have access to run a vent outside. The smart app comes in handy if you want to wait to start a load after a certain time or if you even forget to turn on your dryer before you leave the house, you can just open your app, control the settings and start your dryer from anywhere.

I really like the ventless design, so I can get rid of the dirty and leaky hole in my wall of laundry room where the vent came out. Always having to make sure it's clean, and it let in cold air during the winter. Now I can plug it up and prevent any outside air from infiltrating. The app is amazing, and synced right up without a problem with Samsung SmartThings which I use for several other appliances/sound bars/TVs. It's a bit strange needing to empty the water tank, which is how it's ventless. Heat pumps are much more efficient than traditional heating elements, so I will be saving money on electricity. It does take longer to dry than my old dryer, but it's still sufficient for our needs. Size slotted right into the old spot. I have never been disappointed in Samsung quality and innovation with technology. Very happy to have this appliance in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung dryer is awesome! I think my favorite feature is the "wrinkle prevent". I get busy throughout my day and don't always follow through with getting my clothes out right away. This feature works great for me. It's there when I am ready for it. I love all the different settings for drying my laundry, also. From how hot or cool the temperature, to how dry you actually want it. Sometimes I do like to have something "most of the way" dry but just a little damp. I also love the updated "buzzer", its just a cute little tune that sounds so much nicer than the "BZZZZZZZZZ" on my old dryer. So many options just to dry your clothes.......The sensor actually knows when your laundry is dry, too. I am anxious to try out the "sanitize" setting, but haven't yet. Not to mention how nice the set looks sitting there in the laundry area! I feel new and updated!!!

I did have to have it serviced within the first 100 days, one of the relays was stuck in the open position on the motherboard. The dryer would act like it was going to start but wouldn't fully start, it's just it kick started and did nothing. It worked a few times after unplugging and plugging back in before we were able to have a Samsung tech come out. Honestly very easy process, tech was great and got us taking care of. This is why it's a 4 star rating vs 5 star. No one wants to file a warranty claim after dropping cash like this on appliances. Zero hassle claim which was nice. Everything thing was covered under the first year warranty.
