I just received the box, opened up everything and set everything up according to the instructions however, once I plugged it into the power source, it refuses to work.

Awesome no issues with product, lights are bright enough and adhesion was great. Super easy to install too it only took about 10 minutes from the moment I opened the box to when it was complete.

Watching movies with the Govee TV Backlight 3 lite, has really made a great watching experience. My wife and I both love it. I would recommend this to a friend.

The transitions of colors between can be pretty choppy. I am not sure why it is or how I can make the transitions smoother. Please reach out and let me know. Maybe it's an issue with the camera?

This product makes everything I watch way more interactive. Closest thing to the Phillips hue smart lights which are impossible to find and way over priced. No other lights out there are as good as these for the price. Ive done plenty research.

Honestly, an easy setup below anything that's 65 inches if you're doing it yourself but besides that it was a quick install, phone setup and it worked off the bat, would recommend these tv backlights

Had a bit of trouble connecting app to bluetooth/wifi, but customer service quickly responded and helped resolve this issue. I can't imagine not having it now. My 9 year old sons loves showing it off to friends playing ps5 and xbox series x
