I've been eyeing a meat saw for a while now and got the silver one. It's compact, and the blade is pretty sharp. Problem is, even though there are markings to get paper thin cuts, the shield is not revealing enough of the saw. And when it does, there's a bit of a gap that the meat drags down in. I thought it wouldn't be too much of a problem, but because of the motor speed of the blade itself, it drags meat downwards and warps the cuts, and gets it stuck in places that are difficult to clean. It definitely doesn't compare to industrial versions.

I love it, a most have.

Cheap plastic can't cut thin meat.

It's a good deal. The overall quality is decent, I used it to cut beef once. It's easy to use and clean. While need some practices to get very thin and even beef slices.
