This low priced slicer is great for our home use. We use this slicer to perfectly slice 1/2" thick homemade white bread, paper thin potatoes for au gratin, paper thin for fresh potatoes chips, jerky, ham, vegetables, cheese, it`s use is endless. Clean up is easy. We have wanted this type of slicer for quite a while and we are very pleased.

It works great for exactly what I wanted it for, I'm a retired chef and I bought this for slicing sandwich meats, cheeses, onions and tomatoes. As long as you are not expecting this to perform like a Globe, or other professional meat slicer, you will be very satisfied with this, it's easy to operate and really easy to clean as well.

Works great, sliced up a roast cold from the fridge. Will work great for jerky slicing the way it performed on the roast.

Arrived slightly dented but did not affect performance. Happy with ease of use and variable “thickness” settings.

I bought this item to slice cheese and it works very well. Still need to try on meat, but I'm sure it will do great.

Does what it's required to do, but doesn't quite slide across the cutter smoothly. Cut cheese great, but in cutting meat, it performed okay at best.

This didn't slice very well at all. When you go to push the meat through the slicer it's the back part of it moves and you can't get an even slice it's starts out thin then gets all thick the food sticks to the blade crappy don't buy. I returned it
