Good idea to make a pantry product. Taste is a bit off, compared to the grocery freezer kind. I added the Stevia sweetener. Why are all the caps loose? Handy to order , instead of going to the store in this pandemic. Need to show in BIG letters to put in the refrigerator after opening, and give how many days good after opening.

Reason I'm giving this item a 2 star review is because 3 out 6 quarts arrived broken! I love shelf stable silk because it helps save space in the fridge, but the grocery stores where I live don't it by the case. I save $6 by purchasing them from Walmart but all 6 quarts need to arrive intact! Welp lesson learned! Won't be ordered these from Walmart again! :(

Let me start by saying that I use Silk Almond all the time. This is not a review in the milk itself, always 5 star. I will probably reorder again. This review is on the Use By Date. I know this milk will be just as good after the Use By Date. I ordered this months ago and it had a Use by date over a year away, in fact I still have that box of 6. This new box has a used by date about 2 months away. The Use By Date is sooner than the one I ordered months ago. What really ticked me is that it is obvious the Used By Date on the outside of the box absolutely looks as if some tried to hide it, rubbing, scratching it off. I couldn't find a use by date until I open the box and looked at the quart containers. I will use the milk before the use by date. I store my supplies by Use By Dates in my shed, I will just moved these six to the front when I hoped to move them to the rear. Again, the milk is great and I do recommend it. I feel they had newer boxes and someone said let's get rid of this older box. Enjoy this milk in cereal and smoothies.

We use Almond Milk but don’t use it fast enough to buy the bigger container. I like the shelf-stable smaller size. The price seems slightly expensive compared to the 64oz size but worth it not to waste it. I like that it doesn’t take up refrigerator space until opened and have backups when needed in the pantry. Arrived fast and well packaged. Happy with the purchase and will buy again. Recommend.

I bought this because coconut milk was not available. It was a great bargain, but I had to deduct a star because I read online that it contained maltodextrin, which is usually derived from corn. I wish the FDA would add corn to the list of top allergens.

Super excited to be able to to order milk that doesn't have to be refrigerated until it's opened! I can't have dairy but until now could only get almonds milk say the store in the refrigerated section. My family ends up wasting money because we don't finish it. Ordering online

This is a useful product for a person who doesn't use up a larger carton before it gets too old. However, it arrived with a February 2023 "use by" date, which is not enough time for me to use all 6! Is this the norm (ie, a short shelf life) or was I unlucky? Either way, I doubt I'll order it again because chances are I won't use them all before they're past their shelf life.

I have not used it get, but I am expecting it to be as good as the other I have purchased in the past. I can keep it in my pantry until opened and the put it in the fridge. Do not expect it to taste like cows milk because it does not, however, it is an excellent substitute. I still eat cheese and yogurt made from cows milk, but for everything else I use Almond Milk, and have been doing so for over five years now

...but still currently worth it once in a while. I love the shelf-stable aspect, and the box I received does not expire until 2021 (I bought it in Aug 2020), so I have more than enough time to drink/use these. Even though I love the convenience factor and the shelf stability, the price ($1.98 per quart at the time of this review - 09/05) keeps me from buying this more often. I see this more as an occasional treat to change up my milk routine rather than something to drink everyday. Flavor-wise, it's very mild, but I love how much calcium and vitamin E it contains. It's super low in fat, too, which is great if you're trying to watch your waistline (like I am).

There were 6 quart containers of mild thrown in a box with no packaging or taping together and there were 12 little Dole fruit cups also individually thrown in the box. No packaging of the items, no buffering paper or foam to prevent the items from breaking or splitting open. Who works there? Disgusting! Won't be ordering again.
