Silk Almond Milk (unsweetened) is great for my smoothies and the "shelf-stable" 6-pack is more than convenient. With the shelf-stable packs, I can always have it on hand when I need it without worrying about having the refrigerated carton on hand or making a trip to the store. I love that the SILK brand has no problematic ingredients like CARRAGEENAN, is NON-GMO and is gluten free (not like oat milk). Used to buy the COSCO brand before I realized it contained carrageenan. Great product...

My refrigerator died and I decided to wait until after the holidays to fix it, so purchasing this six-pack of shelf-stable milk was great. There was enough in one container for baking biscuits and gravy, making cookies and cakes for my vegan food pantry, and adding to my tea and coffee, without refrigeration for two days, though it says to refrigerate after opening. The taste is fresh and neutral for different uses. The price is reasonable. A nice addition to my kitchen shelves, with or without a working fridge.

Would love to purchase the 8 ounce unsweetened almond milk somewhere – anywhere. Clicking "Where to Buy" yields only locations that carry 32 ounces or more. Buying such a large size is wasteful since I can't finish it before it goes bad.

I use this to save calories and it works great in nearly every recipe - even "instant pudding! Just use 1 cup each of skim and almond milk - pudding still sets up great!

Silk is pretty good as far as quality goes. It tastes good and has a nice consistency. You can use it in so many things. Both foods and drinks. It's better than dairy.

I drink vanilla almond milk with ovaltine every morning, but can't use the vanilla flavor to make sauces. The 6 pack of unsweetened almond milk in the 8oz size with be perfect for making sauces, sides dishes, deserts, etc!

The almond milk is good. We buy it for our Great grandson. Won't be buying it like this again. The price of the milk is great but the shipping is too high. We'll just purchase at the stores.
