I purchased the green one for my 14 yr old and the red one fory 11 yr old. Coming from the Razor scooters, it took them about 2-5 minutes to get used to the larger scooter, and they were off! I recommend these for older children who don't like to bend over a smaller scooter. Their cousins used them, too, and everyone loved them.

Easy to assemble, easy to ride and adjust to right height. Good control handing and speed. Easy to fold and unfold. Wish the handle bars would be foldable too. Not to heavy, great option for commute to near by bus stops.

I purchased this for a 10 year old that has been asking for a scooter for a while. He is thrilled with this purchase. It is lightweight, but solidly constructed, and easy for him to fold and lift up into the car or truck when he's done riding. The ride is fast and smooth, and the brake is effective. The assembly was fast and easy. Don't hesitate if you're considering this scooter. The warranty, the solid construction, the wide deck, and the size make this a scooter your kids (and maybe even you!) will ride for years.

I bought one of these for my daughter, it was easy to put together. My only complaint is that they only include pictures for assembly in the manual. This is a heavy duty scooter for the fraction of the price that I paid for her last one… which looked almost identical (some rude kid purposely ruined her last one). I'm very pleased over all, of my purchase of this scooter! The color is stunning too!

It's a good scooter. I am 47 years old and new to kick scooters and in only my first week I am up to almost 9mph average speed. That is 3x faster than walking. And I am sedentary and out of shape. This scooter works well as a form of "last mile" transportation. It is easy to fold up and bring it on the bus or train. Even during rush hour you can fit the scooter under the seat or between your legs. It is a bit heavy at 15 lbs, if that is an issue the Razor Lux A5 is lighter and made with better parts and goes faster. But this one was on sale for $40 compared to $100 for the Lux A5. Buy a universal scooter carrying strap and it's easy to walk up stairs and carry the scooter. I am happy with the purchase and at the low price I would not feel so bad if I get mugged or someone steals the scooter. It's actually convenient to carry the scooter and bring it inside the supermarket or Walmart. Probably a better idea than to leave it locked to a bike rack. I am in Miami with high crime and high rate of bicycle and scooter theft. The only complaint is the 15 lb weight when other scooters are closer to 10:lbs. However the higher weight is because the scooter is made of steel and will be more durable than lighter scooters. Assembly was less than 10 minutes and it includes all tools such as hex key wrench. A good upgrade for fastest speed would be to change the Abec 7 bearings to Ceramic bearings such as BoneZ. But you can do the upgrade later because the stock configuration is good enough for most people's needs. Highly recommend this scooter although the price of electric scooters has finally dropped to $160 for a 500w electric scooter that goes 19mph so it might make more sense to go that route or to own both and use this Mad Gear Kruzer 200 for short trips or for when you go to a high crime neighborhood. To lock the scooter you may want to consider a handcuff scooter chain.

Bought to keep up with my kids on their stryder bikes. Works perfectly. I dont even have it on the highest height setting and I'm 5'3". No complaints and was easy to put together, seems durable! Will be buying another one for my husband for when we do family rides until kiddos are on big kid bikes.

I'm 35 and bought this scooter so I could ride alongside my kids at the park instead of just running beside them. Best decision ever! It's smooth, sturdy, and so much fun to ride. My kids were so impressed, they even wanted to try my scooter—and now I'm thinking about getting more so we can all ride together. Highly recommend!

The most impressive is how smoothly the wheels when driving. I bought this Kruzer 200 and another kid scooter, assembled both then tested both. The smooth ride difference is clearly, my niece also tried and agreed. So the wheels ball bearings are good. Beautiful design, smooth driving and affordable price. Highly recommend.

Great quality, easy assembly with the included tools and clear instructions, and my 9 year old son is really enjoying it already. The big wheels roll smoothly, the bars are nice and wide, and the grips are grippy (not squishy foam). I'd love to ride this thing, but I'm tipping the truck scale at two and a quarter these days. Three bar heights, easily adjustable.

these scooters are very heavy! the handlebars don't tighten enough to keep them straight when you ride, so they are always slightly crooked. Which is just a terrible design. I'm annoyed we didn't know they were terrible until after we opened then and put them together.
