This review concerns the personnel directly responsible for packaging & shipping of this item, NOT THE PRODUCT ITSELF, Dukes mayo is great! If you look at the photos others have posted ref spoiled, burst containers, that is exactly how my order arrived via FedEx. I dont know who was at fault but it appears to me that my order was left sitting in the sun. Furthermore, whichever Sam's Club employee responsible for packaging and shipping my order is either completely incompetent, had just been told they were being let go, or is trying to sabotage Sam's Club. There were 3 items in my order, 2 were mayo. There was no paper or air pillow stuffing inside the box, the box was too large for the items & only 1 mayo even had a protective bag placed on it but it was never sealed so completely useless in reference to the abusive handling boxes are given by shipping co. such as FedEx, UPS, etc. So by the time it arrived, both mayos had spoiled and burst out of the seals. Saving grace, Sam's Club customer support provided a refund without any stalling, or difficulty.

Love Dukes mayonnaise, but if you order from Sam's(minimum 2 required), you may find like i did today when they arrived, the best by date was only 5 weeks away. That may be fine for a retail place, but for us(2 people), 2 times 64 oz of mayonnaise is too much. Shame on Sam's! We'll store it in the fridge to prolong the best by date as long as possible. Hate to see a GREAT Product get too old.

I purchased this last year and was able to order just one and what I received had expiration date a year out. Purchased this month and was forced to order minimum of 2. That would have been OK accept for the fact when arrives today both jars expire in less than 30 days - and the mayo in the jars appears to have separated. HIGHLY disappointed in Sam's on the one....

The product itself is great but the seals are broken upon delivery so can't use it. Has happened multiple times for me and I am so dissapointed. You cannot buy in the club either, has to be shipped. The warehouse does not pack it well and Fed Ex throws the boxes breaking them. Will not order anymore. I notified Dukes Mayonaisse and let them know what was happening. They were appreciate of the me telling them but was sure hoping they would send me some free mayo for all the trouble. Nothing yet.
