Strong and sturdy. It helps matresses feel like new. The curved structure at the end prevents me from bumping against it.

Purchased frame and wood slates to go together both twin size did not fit Not what I expected too small and too low to the ground not as sturdy

It seems very sturdy. We had a little trouble getting one of the screws in, but otherwise was easy to put together.

They're pretty durable the little sticker things that you put on the frames to keep from sliding could a little stronger

It says 7 inch but, mine is 12 inches and with the box spring and frame the whole thing is 32 inches tall. I have to jump up on it to get in the bed!
