Good price. Good flavor--not strong

I was a little disappointed in the size of the shoulder. But it was delicious 😋

I was impressed with the quality of the meat. And of course the price!

I use this for making sausage. I don't care for the bone in. I wish they had a boneless version.

Wow the pork butt as a great buy. Smoked it for pull pork Sandwichs.

Good deal on Boston Butts here and they are selected better then some outlets.
