Excellent tires and great customer service

Tires have great traction and handling. More impressive is the auto center staff at Mechanicsburg pa Sams. I think it was labeled Store 4994. The people were very friendly and kind and very quick. Can not convey how pleasantly surprised we were. Great customer care was experienced.

I requested to keep 2 of the old tires because they were still in good shape 6/32, but I made the mistake of leaving and by the time I goy home, there weren't in the car. They also did not put the jack in its proper place.

Nice looking tire

I have driven less than 20 miles since the tires were installed. Giving a review of more or less than average would be disingenuous. More time and miles will be necessary for an accurate review.

Disappointed

I visited the local Sam's club at least 3 times before they realized that the tire was defected. Then I couldn't get the tire patched while I was waiting on the new tire. It was either patch it or order a new tire. So I drove around during inclement weather with a defective tire. When I parked this evening at home 2/18/26 the low tire pressure came on again. So, I have to take the tire back to see if the new tire is defective as well or is it another bad tire of the other 3. I don't have the time or resources to visit Sam's club repeatedly regarding defective tires that are supposed to be new. This is very frustrating and costly.

Very disappointing

I ordered and paid for tires, expecting them to be delivered 4-5 days to the store as promised. However, they never arrived, and I received no updates or clear communication about the delay. Extremely frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you’re expecting reliable service. I had to follow up multiple times with no resolution. Very disappointing!

Avoided a Blow out!! Thank GOD.

Bought 80,000 Mile BF Goodrich Advantage Control all season tires. Thank GOD my TPMS sensor died and a tire inspection was completed cause WOW the picture speaks for it self, Oh and they only had 40,000 miles on them!! NEVER AGAIN. Out of 4 tires the front 2 looked like the pictures on our 2018 Chevy Cruze.

Terrible

Bad from the start. Always bouncy and loud first thing in the morning, then seems to even out after warming up. After doing regular tire rotations, just after the most recent I'm told the tread is choppy. Well I'm pretty sure it's been choppy from the start. I will never purchase this brand again. I've only put 22,000 miles on these tires. What a waste. If I'd known about the 60 day satisfaction guarantee I would've gotten rid of them right away. Stick with Michelin.

BFG tires are trash. The quality has gone down. Constant vibration issues because they have excessive road force from factory! Insane please stay away from these tires.

Horrible tire

Horrible tire. Started to crack and delaminating on the inside of all 4 tires on a long vacation drive. Thankfully we reached our destination before they blew out. My son and I are lucky to be alive. The tires were only 2&1/2 years old. Never again will I buy this brand. I wish I could upload pictures.
