Bought this mattress and was excited to get it to fulfill a need in our household and it was going to be at the front door in a cpl pr days! Two weeks later when the matress arrived I can say my daughter finally has a comfortable matress to sleep on. So at least the mattress is comfortable and meets her need.

Nice mattress. Quite firm, but comfortable. However… we’ve had this mattress for less than 90 days, and just with normal every-day use, we have observed significant fiberglass shedding through its cover onto our bedroom floors, our nightstands, all our personal items, and into the air. I repeat: we did not even remove the cover (which, by the way, don’t do - even if it has a zipper). We have just been sleeping on this thing and it has been depositing fiberglass into our environment. So, yeah. Proceed with caution.

I want to throw it out now. I've only had it for 2 weeks. It is very uncomfortable. I cant sleep on it. I'm back on the couch. I have had the worse back pain, neck pain, and side pain. My granddaughter has made the same points. Never will by a mattress from Zinus Night Therapy again.

The FedEx guy left it outside of our fence on the driveway that's the only bad thing. The mattress is as it says 10 in king size mattress it only took a few hours to reach its full height but we left it for 48 hours. we haven't slept on it yet but it seems very comfortable and not too firm but not too soft. How long the mattress will remain comfortable and firm is yet to be seen.

I've had this mattress for 2yrs now and I agree with other reviewers, it's very firm for a memory foam mattress. I woke up with a sore back and shoulders when I sleep on this thing. I had to buy a topper to put on it, it's a little better but not much. Luckily my 4yr old sleeps on it and it doesn't bother him.

I purchased this mattress in full size and it took a good 2 days to decompress. Not only are the corners not filled in completely, the mattress is larger than a full size- my full size fitted sheets do not fit- they actually ripped while being put on the mattress. As others have stated, the mattress slides continuously on top of the box spring (the box spring fits my bed but the mattress overlaps the box spring by a good three inches on one side). Also, the mattress arrived with a large stain on it. I downloaded six pics to illustrate all this but the Sam's Club website is giving me an error message. About the box spring: it is awful- just a metal enclosure which is hollow inside and fabric zippered around it. I was so disappointed in this mattress, I went to Sam's Club and they luckily offered me a full refund without returning the mattress. Even though I ended up not paying for this awful mattress, I have still ruined a few sets of sheets and it continues to slide all over the box spring. I curse it every time I have to make the bed. You get what you pay for.

This mattress is barely one step removed from sleeping on cement. I haven’t slept through the night for 6 weeks since getting it, waking frequently in total pain. It’s so hard that laying on a wrinkle in the sheets or your shirt is excruciating. In fact, attempting to flop down on this mattress would likely cause a concussion. After 10-15 minutes of lying completely still and trying not to die, the memory foam will eventually conform around you, but then you cannot reposition without sleeping around a giant divot until it finally readjusts. I purchased the biggest, thickest mattress pad I could find to see if it helped but sadly, it did not. If you love to sleep on your sidewalk or garage floor, this mattress is definitely for you.

This is the second one I’ve bought and they are great mattresses for the price. This one though is a few inches longer than a normal king bed. So it won’t sit in my bed frame. Was a little disappointed because it’s not something I can easily bring back or return.

Too firm for me but looks nice. Would be good for a person that enjoys a firm mattress.
