(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love Kitchen Aid products which last so long. All my major appliances are Kitchen Aid/Whirlpool. I am so happy with this countertop oven. I’ve already used the Air Fry feature for making french fries which I love, but didn’t eat often because of the fat content. Now using so little oil, I can enjoy them anytime. The toaster oven is also great for baking, making toast and heating frozen pizza or making my own. Love the pizza stone that came with the unit. Soon I will try the dehydrating feature using thinly sliced applies.

It heats up so quickly, has many great features, bake, broil, air -fry, toast and works great. The design is sleek, modern, and it's very quiet. Would definitely recommend purchasing a countertop oven!

We had a Ninja Air Fry Toaster Oven and it was impossible to clean so decided to make a change. This Oven with Air Fry has a non stick coating that makes it easy to keep clean. It does a great job for what it is designed for. Tried the Pizza setting with the stone and it did a great job. My only issue is that it is smaller than the Ninga and I wished that I had spent a little more and got the larger version with the probe that has more capability. We have already had occasions where the larger oven would have been nice. Unfortunately, this one was beyond the return limit by the time we realized that the bigger one would serve us better so we have to live with it. Overall the quality is excellent and the controls simple to operate. A more informative manual would be helpful.

The preprogrammed toast setting tend to burn the toast. Ours was set to 4 originally, 1-2 are more realistic without burning. Sometimes the fan start to vibrate, a slight tab on the side quiets it. A lot of fancy features. Will have to wait to see how long it last. 3.5 stars wasn't an option.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been very happy with this appliance. The air fryer works great. They warm function is very nice when defrosting frozen buns. My husband says that the pizza stone works great with frozen pizza have no tried with homemade pizza yet. The bottom of toast is darker than the top with the toaster function.

I have a hard time envisioning how big an item is, especially at 3am. Sadly, this item is not a big as they make it seem. There's no way an entire chicken will fit in here unless you spatchcock it. I'm even concerned that a good batch of bread would touch the elements on top, if risen enough. In short, this a really expensive toaster oven with fancy features. I bought it to replace my ninja 8- in-1 that just died out of nowhere, after a 1.5 yr long run that I felt should've lasted at least 5. The lack of ability to set timer yourself and walk away is a HUGE NEGATIVE for me. One doesn't have time to stand around 4 minutes for it to heat up and start it's preset timer, just so you can't set the time you really need it to cook for! In closing, if you need to reheat things this is for you, if you were going for time saving and having a convenient quick option for dinner, maybe get a ninja and opt for the warranty.....

The items that come with this do not all fit in the oven for storage and it's not very high. At least I bought it on sale. Difficult to get out of the box and too hard to return. Thought the KitchenAid name would mean a better product.

This oven doesn't seem to get "HOT" enough. When I put it on "Air Fry" , Convection appears on the screen. It never states "Air Fry". I don't like the preset times. I know I can change the time. It seems to take a long time to toast. The broiler seems to work fine but it's hard to judge how long to cook a steak.

bought this to upgrade my 4yo omni plus and this unit is terrible dosent cook well, burns food and takes as long as an oven. omini plus can cook a frozen pizza in 7 min at 380deg, this unit is double that and burns anything towards rear. Common sense if you put name brand on a device make sure your item better than everyone elses
