This product was very heavy and tired my arm because I have a lot of hair and it took a really long time to straighten my hair. I just prefer using my regular straightener instead. Gifted by T3 Micro.

I love it! It’s hot, easy to use, quick. No complaints. I have a slight wave to my hair and use this on the medium setting with no issues.

I can't turn the power on and off. The heat settings are very difficult to use. I have to return it.
