Excellent ripeness to eat in 2 days

Hard avocados. When ripe enough to eat 3 were rotten inside

They were too hard

Was always going to Sams to get those avocados - 5 in a pack for a nice price. Was so dissatisfied to see that they changed it for 4 pack and really increased a price.

There used to be 5 to a pack and bigger. Now only 4, smaller size, and much higher price. New distributor maybe? I don't know but very disappointed. No real savings compared to other grocery store prices or the other big box store.

Think people won't notice? Not only are there only 4 in the bag, price was jacked up. Same price as supermarket regular price. Much more cost effective getting on sale at supermarkets. Shrinkflation.

Love avocado with my breakfast! I can't seem to get it completely timed right lately. They arent ripe yet (good and bad) which is sometimes a pain if I want one that day but then when they are close to ready I put them in the fridge to slow the ripening process. When I cut in to them there is always a black rotten spot or section or discoloration on a few places. I dont know if its my timing or the fruit. I didnt use to have that issue with these, I've been buying them from Sams for years.
