[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this under my fitted sheet, of course. I can feel the coolness when I first sit or lie down on it, but it fades. My body heat warms it up fairly quickly. It doesn't feel any better or worse than any other cooling mattress pad or protector I have ever tried. There's no extra padding so it's definitely more of a protector than a pad. If you are looking for some cushioning, this is not for you. If all you need is a mattress protector, this is great! It seems to be well made, heavy duty, and should protect my mattress from any spills or pet messes. It's a perfect fit for my queen mattress.

It has made a big difference and it's also done a good job as a mattress protector too. It was easy to put on and it stays in place. Now I just need cooling sheets and pillows!

He also had a small spill of coke abs it washed right off and protected the mattress well.

We have a cooling gel mattress and had no used a mattress cover so it would not take away the cool feeling while we slept. The mattress fitted sheet does in a way take from the coolness but I could sleep. Using the cool ProtectEase Fitted Cooling Comfort Queen size Mattress cover was just the perfect touch to our relaxation. Cool plus cool equals perfect sleep preference. Not to mention protects the longevity of my gel mattress. I am so pleased with this mattress cover. Now I need the pillow cases as well.

The mattress protector will protect the mattress and soak up any spills if any liquids fall on the bed and if any dirt get on the bed. The mattress protector is machine washable which is great and it's quite comfortable which the sheets.

It fits my bed perfectly and has deep pocket sides so it fits on all corners without slipping up and coming off. I like the cooling feeling because I don't get all sweaty when I sleep and its waterproof. It's very nice!

The cover is easy to launder and place on my mattress. I live in the south where it is very humid and clammy, especially during the evenings. The cover helps keep my normal 'hot-spots' under control----especially the areas surrounding my pillows.
