Purchased in April 2025 and just started using it. Seems like a good quality build product and install was straight forward although I think the instruction manual can be improved. So far works great.

Just installed our faucet and from the impressive packaging, simple instructions and fast delivery, nothing can trump the quality, look and design of this faucet. The matt black is very attractive and compliments our black granite sink. Love.

This is the best faucet Ive ever had..everyone loves it...have had absolutely no issues with it so far...have had in installed for a week now...no leaks...is tight even without the deck plate...looks amazing!

The faucet looks amazing. Functions good. Just wish it had the firm pressure function that other faucets have. But other than that we love it. It’s so pretty in the kitchen.

Pros - looks great. Easy to install, comes with everything you need, excellent packaging Cons - low water pressure, when I pull down on the spray hose the metal spiral droops down which I don’t like!

Got the faucet but 3 days after installed, the switch broke. Contact them by email with pictures of the broken switch, get new parts ASAP, works fine since !!!

I will definitely purchase Vigo products in the future. I ordered a replacement part and received great service. I didn't have the original receipt, but customer service was able to confirm all of the details and I had the new part in a few days.

We are remodeling our kitchen after 20 years and this faucet really pulls everything together. I love that I don't need a separate sprayer. It's all together in one beautiful faucet. I absolutely love the color!

Got this from Wayfair to match the Vigo sink we bought from Costco. Great looking and functional. Comes with a matching soap dispenser but too bad no option for a drinking faucet.

Works great so far but only been 3 days. Works well but would like the hose to stretch a bit more, seems a little tight. I like the look and quality.
