The faucet that came with the house we bought, the handle would smack the backsplash whenever you set it to hot water. I'm glad the hot setting is forward on this faucet. Also, it looks great and functions very well. The only the I wish was that the faucet reach was greater on the arm. I was hoping for at least a 12 inch reach so it's more centered on the sink itself versus being closer to the edge. So I ended up not using the arm and just letting it dangle freely. Otherwise, it is a fantastic product and I am very happy with the quality and price of it.

Installed this two weeks ago. So far we are impressed, our city has poor water pressure and this is the first faucet I’ve had that I get bubbles from my dish soap, no water pressure issues at all. Love the look. Did my research and we finally decided on this company based on great customer service, number of positive customer reviews, price and look. Very heavy solid faucet.

We love the look of this thing! Makes for a modern kitchen and is well made, it seems. I don't care for the black woven plastic fabric, would have preferred metal, but it gets the job done. Soap pump seems good quality as well, but the pump head, as well as the spray head are plastic. My only three gripes are: (1) I wish the horizontal metal rod holding the sprayer was and inch or two longer. We have a big sink and it's hard to reach the sprayer, I usually leave it out of the "hook", then it's the right distance. (2) I wish the spray mode would automatically turn off when water is turned off, but it sticks, and if left in spray mode, and the sprayer is outside the hook, the next person is in for a wet surprise of the not so pleasant kind. (3) the turn-on handle was loose and I could not tighten it. A little bit of loc-Tite 242 thread locker took care of it. Overall, glad we bought it. Only had for a month, so I can't speak to the reliability

Had a nice amount of volume and can really switch between sprayer and steady stream. Very easy too install and very low maintenance with the stainless steel materials.. The only thing I'd change is: when you turn the faucet off it would default to a steady stream and that the shower spray had a little more intense stream. Over all I really like the faucet and would definitely purchase again.

I have had my Vigo faucet for 2 years now and am very happy with the product, just recently the mixer button(changes the flow from a spray to a stream) would no longer function (stuck in the spray position). I contacted customer service about the issue and very quick recieved a response! I was told I would be getting a new head unit for free!! Thank you Christian & Vigo for your awesome customer service!!

My well out of warranty spray nozzle got stuck in shower mode, I'm sure because I live in a place known for very hard water (San Diego). I emailed tech support late in the afternoon, they responded first thing in the morning. They provided a number to call to get a replacement head, the phone was answered within 30 seconds at the longest. They processed an order for a new head in less than 5 minutes, the cost was only 25 dollars. This works for me! My only suggestion is: Please put your logo or brand more prominently on the product. It took my a while to figure out who to contact. I found my brand by Googling similar faucets and wading through 100s of photos. One thing I did learn, people that buy other brands way overpay. Up to 5x what mine cost!

I purchased this faucet just over two years ago. For the last several months, the water pressure has been diminishing and it became a hassle. When I contacted customer service, they got back to me immediately with a way to diagnose the problem (remove the sprayer and check the water pressure), and when we determined that the sprayer was no longer working, they sent me a new one at no charge. I gave a rating of four stars because I think the faucet should have still been working perfectly at two years, but the customer service was five stars - really excellent and fast. The new sprayer works great!

We did some upgrades in our kitchen and my black VIGO pull-down faucet was EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! I wanted this style of faucet in black to go with my granite sink and my farmhouse kitchen and I couldn’t be happier, not to mentioned that the price was so affordable. Since I ordered online, I was also scepticle about the quality of the product but I was not dissappointed because it’s solid and of high quality. Thanks VIGO for such a beautiful product. :)

This faucet, and the basin and accessories it came with, is both beautiful and functional (and priced right). After falling out of warranty, I had a small problem with the aerator, but a replacement part was sent out free as a courtesy nevertheless. Good thing because I really didn't want another faucet. I used instant messaging with customer service and was very pleased with the support I received.

They just replaced my sprayer head for FREE after my 3-year-old sprayer head became clogged and leaky. Not sure why the old one stopped working, although I suspect it may have to do with replacing our hot water heater and having a lot of debris in our system--but mostly I am grateful this is a company I can trust to stand behind its products. We love this faucet with our giant sink for everything from washing our babies to cleaning big roasting pans!
