Great looking tap. It takes some getting use to taking the spray from the back where the tap is. When we first did it the front nozzle flung around a d soaked the counter. It really takes some practice to ensure this doesn’t happen. If you have a guest using it they will for sure do this!

I purchased this faucet and it looks amazing in our kitchen. Very high end, and I love the way it functions. The sprayer began acting up after about a month of use, and no questions asked, VIGO sent a new head to us within days. It works better than the first time around now! That lifetime warranty can't be beat, and we will be purchasing from VIGO again in the future for sure!

Honestly debated this purchase for awhile the combination of a new drop-in sink and faucet was pricey. Glad and excited I move forward unbelievable how it transforms the look of my kitchen. My home is older and I wanted a faucet that complemented its look and I hit a bullseye with this purchase.

I bought this for my outdoor kitchen which doubles as a potting station. We wanted a high quality faucet that would resist the humidity and be useful for watering plants and normal kitchen activities. The faucet head disengages from it's support bar easily and swivels around well. The water control also works fine. We only just put it in but I doubt there will be any functional problems. The faucet is very sturdy. Now I think I'll get one for my inside kitchen!

As a personal preference, I like simple and functional features. This faucet fits my ideal choice. I am surprised that the price is very competitive. I think they will sell a lot of it. One more thing - about mount. In most photos, you see the control handle to the right. This can create confusions among buyers, because we hear people say that the control handle may be difficult to use because it is too close to the back wall. When my faucet was mounted, the cylinder points to the front, right at the user. It's the sprayer that swings to either left or right side sink well. Because of this arrangement, I don't have any concern about the control handle hitting the back wall. Besides, it allows easy use of the control by either the left or right hand of the user. It's actually very convenient!

This faucet is solid, heavy, looks great in our kitchen and worth the money. Our only concern or fault with this faucet is the retractable hose. It doesn’t always retract when extended and it gets annoying. For an expensive item like this we expected it to function at 100%. Other than this we love it.

I purchased this faucet just over two years ago. For the last several months, the water pressure has been diminishing and it became a hassle. When I contacted customer service, they got back to me immediately with a way to diagnose the problem (remove the sprayer and check the water pressure), and when we determined that the sprayer was no longer working, they sent me a new one at no charge. I gave a rating of four stars because I think the faucet should have still been working perfectly at two years, but the customer service was five stars - really excellent and fast. The new sprayer works great!

Purchased this item without reading the reviews (not smart!) and after the faucet was installed, there were issues from the beginning. The look is fantastic but the faucet head was leaking and the water pressure was pitiful. I thought I was stuck with it and then I sent customer service an email, thinking I either wouldn't hear back to the response would be generic and unhelpful. To my complete surprise, I got a response within minutes and a replacement part was shipped immediately, free of charge! The part arrived the next day and all the problems were solved. The rep who helped me was responsive and helpful - couldn't ask for better service!!!

I have had this for a little over 2 years and it is still in great shape. The finishes and manufacturing are all very well done. My sprayer recently broke and I emailed customer service and they took care of it right away. I am not only pleased with this product but the customer service was incredible!

I just received our new faucet today and haven't installed it yet but it sure looks nice. I will say, however, that if the attached photo is an indicator of the company's attention to detail, I am a bit concerned. On the Register Your Product collateral, point #2 states "Quality for a Manufacturer's Rebate". I have no idea what this means. I think what it was meant to say is "Qualify for a Manufacturer's Rebate." Hopefully I'm not the first to catch this but if I am...I think we all have bigger problems to worry about.
