My hubby installed this faucet a few months ago and I absolutely love it. It helped update our kitchen perfectly. I love being able to fill the iced tea pitcher and not have to put it in the sink to do so. This faucet seems like it will last a long time. Quality work, Vigo!

We love this faucet! Our previous kitchen faucet was a Vigo and we loved it so much, plus with the great customer service, we had to stick with Vigo. We bought this one when we renovated our kitchen. The faucet looks great, easy to install, and works great. We receive so many compliments from family and friends when they see the faucet. Would definitely recommend this faucet.

I bought this faucet and after a couple of months we started to have issues with the spout. The button to switch from stream to spray was not working very well. I contacted Vigo regarding the issue. Vigo was great in addressing the issue and shipped out a replacement spout immediately. This was a great example of a company taking care of its customers. I was very happy with the service and how quickly they took care of my concerns. The faucet looks great too!

We recently updated our kitchen. One of our biggest complaints was the limited space available in our previous sink and the difficulty in finding a sink that would fit our smaller cabinet size. Once the sink was installed, I could not believe how much space this sink provides. Even more impressive is the quality and reasonable pricing for this product. We purchased the all in one product and delivery was fast and without hassle. Lastly, the faucet really sets off the look of the sink. We are very happy wth the purchase and would recommend as a must.

If the presentation and packaging isn't impressive enough, the weight of this faucet is amazing. It's new and I have just installed it but all of the above plus the Life Time Warranty makes me feel very secure. Would definitely recommend this product and it will be the first brand I search for when we need any others!

I purchased this in December 2015. I was so disappointed in it. The water volume was horribe. I assumed it was the mandatory "restrictor" in the faucet. Well, the button (to switch from stream to spray) started to malfunction. A quick response from the support staff got me a new nozzle pretty quickly. Now the faucet is a dream. It is my fault for not contacting support the moment I received the faucet. Manufacturing defects do happen and I was no exception. So, if you have performance problems from this faucet, just contact support and it will eb rectified.

This faucet came with our home and it looks great and works well with the deep Vigo sink that we also have. We have been in the house a year and have no complaints about it still looks and work like the day we moved in. I rated the install but did not really do the work just could not submit without putting something there.

This is a fantastic faucet. The out of box experience is amazing and the performance of the product is as advertised. I'm renovating a recent home purchase and this has made the kitchen sink a feature item. Two items I would recommend VIGO change would be the weight for the pull handle is awkward to open and close, i'd recommend a different system to make it easier to install and adjust and the second would be to replace the large nut holding the faucet tightly to the counter from the underside should be replaced with a nut and screw combination to allow for a screw driver to complete the final tightening. With the tight room under the counter behind the sink, the plain nut fastener is not practical and awkward when the under mount sink does not provide a completely flush surface under the mounting hole.

Love my faucet! Unfortunately, the handle started leaking. I immediately chatted online with tech support and the sent a new part Priority Mail. Received it very quickly with instructions even a blonde 45 year old lady could handle EASILY! Great product AND service.

We had been searching for a new kitchen faucet for quite some time and didn't realize how expensive they were! My fiance came across your faucet and not only did we love the design, but the price point was incredible! I love the detailed packaging, the tutorial videos and the easy install instructions! It was perfect and we absolutely love the faucet! Definitely 5 stars would recommend to anyone!!
