This is my second brand of pull-down faucet. Love the gooseneck feature and even tho I didn't choose this style the first time in 2015, having lived through two pforever replacements in the past, never again not noticing wear and tear on that hose. This one like my previous one is a looker, sharp and means business. Other reviewers noted low pressure. I think that has a lot to do with geography in general. We've never had pins and needles pressure. Maybe there is something hidden in these new environmentally friendly faucets that won't let anymore flow than does. I wash all dishes by hand, still, after bad luck with replacement dishwashers the last 3 years. I'm still looking for the right value on that. We have a 155 gal aquarium that requires regular maintenance and use of the kitchen sink and faucet. Glad to say I can still fill buckets with this faucet too. It's so easy to swivel the faucet out of the way to get buckets in and out of sink. Washing hair, hmmmm! I just wish that 8-1/4" stabilizer bar was a little more so that when swung over my double stainless steel sink it would center better. The sprayer is just a little tough to pull out in just the right way to get all the shampoo rinsed out but on deep condition days it's easier to just go to the sink and rinse hair. The handle doesn't take much at all to make the water flow. Easy does it. I don't want that thing to break. I've been around enough pieces of equipment, computer or otherwise that need some tough love, but this is not it. The on/off button for spray needs more accuracy than my previous one and it's not a big deal that it stays where you left it like in spray mode. When the time comes to replace the aerator I hope it's not a big deal. As far as the hose not wanting to remain in it's holster. The day before the install I watched a ton of those streaming videos about faucets in general. One handyman type guy was going over the positioning of the hose and weight below the sink. I listened, relayed info to my installer, not too many weird looks, did what he said and so far altho it's not automatic, with little guidance it goes back in place and doesn't want to creep it's way back out.

We installed the VIGO Pull Down Faucet - Black w Chrome over two 2 months ago. It was very easy to install and has been working perfectly, smoothly and exactly as described. The faucet is sturdy and very well manufactured. The tap allows us to have a light or strong flow of water, and the handy button on the nozzle gives us a stream or spray function -- both are great features that I love about this faucet. I would recommmend it to anyone with any size kitchen!

It's a very nice product. You can feel the quality when you first open the box. My only negative (hopefully constructive) feedback is the part that holds the spray is a little too short. Perhaps it can be made to be extendable to accomodate larger sinks.

Bought this a few weeks ago for my new kitchen. I looked everywhere for a pull down faucet that pulls out and could find one anywhere. I am so lucky my mom found this Vigo faucet. It looks amazing, it has the most practical features and I wouldn’t change it for anything else.

I love how this faucet looks. The black and stainless give it a unique look. Overall it feels nice and sturdy. I like the counter weight feature of the pull down nozzle. I feel like that won’t wear out as easily as some of the nozzles held by tension. I only wish the nozzle was metal not plastic. We will see how long it lasts.

I really did a lot of research when it comes to modern faucets especially in the Gold color and black. I decided to get this Vigo Faucet because its modern look, built quality, and great price. The features of the faucet has been great. I highly recommend this faucet to anyone. Best in class.

I bought this to install in our new kitchen. Overall, it's very smart looking in black. A couple small areas got scratched. I don't know if it was out of the box or during installation. Gold (or brass) is showing through. Installation was ok. I like the spacer feature really helps in stabilizing the faucet. I wish there was a wrench included since I have a 10 inch deep sink. Getting the nut tightened was a bit difficult.

My husband bought the black faucet for me for Christmas (I know, typical mom request), but I absolutely love it. It functions well, gives me a little more space to wash in the sink and looks great! I've received many compliments. Here's a before and after with it.

The VIGO Edison Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet appears to be well designed and built of quality materials. The installation instructions were clearly written and the only challenge to installation was that the existing single hole in our counter top was too narrow and had to be enlarged to install the faucet. The valve in the faucet spout has a single press function to change the output back and forth from stream to spray and the spout extends around 30 cm from its mount to easily reach around our 75 cm diameter single bowl kitchen sink. After a month's use we're very pleased with this VIGO product.

I bought the faucet 2 months ago as part of our full kitchen remodel. Stunning! No fingerprints, no water marks, easy to use, great spray feature, fluid rotation movement, all around wonderful. The only quirks are the handle bar easily unscrews. I need to tighten it (by hand) once or week. It drips occasionally but not enough to cause concerns on function or water loss. Overall, very happy with this upgrade.
