Love the faucet only disappointment is that the handle where the spray part is located is made of a heavy plastic. When we read and purchased through Wayfair no where was it noted the spray handle was plastic otherwise we would never had purchased the faucet. Also wish the soap dispenser had a longer arm to fit over the sink better. So far so good but expecting the plastic not to last to long as it is the main part of the faucet handled every time it is used.

I received my faucet and right off was impressed with the pride shown by the company. The packaging and effort they took to deliver a quality product is impressive. It installed very easy and had everything included that I needed and it works beautifully.

I'm very pleased with the faucet overall. The installation went very well, the included hardware and water lines are of high quality. The instructions were helpful, especially the fact that they explicitly explain how to eliminate the flow limiter. The only problem I can find is with the button & mechanism that switches between the 'stream' and 'spray' modes. Sometimes the button will stick down. Also, even in the 'stream' mode, water drips slightly out of the spray nozzles. Not that big a deal, but enough to subtract a star from the overall rating. I like the flat black finish, but if it came in bronze I would have gotten that.

I have had my Vigo faucet for 2 years now and am very happy with the product, just recently the mixer button(changes the flow from a spray to a stream) would no longer function (stuck in the spray position). I contacted customer service about the issue and very quick recieved a response! I was told I would be getting a new head unit for free!! Thank you Christian & Vigo for your awesome customer service!!

We love the faucet; however, we are not very happy with the water pressure. The water pressure from our old faucet was very good and it good from all the other faucets. For some reason, as soon as we installed this kitchen faucet the water pressure is lacking. I wish there was some way to adjust that and make it better.

This is my 3rd Vigo Model VG02001 in stainless steel. The first was for a Seattle co-op flip, the second for our new house and the third is just now for the same house. After three years, there was an annoying drip out the ball/handle portion of the faucet and my we couldn’t get the handle off to assess the cause. In the process of trying to fix it, my husband put scratches from a set of pliers on both the lever itself and the ball portion which led to rust in the scratches. With rusty scratches and a drip, I decided a new faucet was cheaper than a plumber. For the cost, these faucets are highly rated, look great, are big enough to be impressive without overpowering the kitchen, are quality and functional. That’s why this is my third. Wish me luck.

I've had the pull down sprayer for about 3 years. The design & quality of the faucet is unparalleled to others in there price point. Recently the nozzle had a small issue due to wear and tear, so I reached out to Vigos support team. Once I explained the problem they promptly sent me the part to accommodate. I'm extremely pleased with their product but more impressed with the support. thanks

We've had this faucet for about two years now and really enjoy it. Recently the nozzle stopped working. It would no longer switch between spray and pour. However, I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement head, pronto. No charge. They were very easy to do business with.

I purchased the Vigo Edison pull-down faucet in a matte black finish of the Canadian Home Depot website. I did not realize it at the time that the faucet did not come with a deck plate. When I received the faucet, which was beautiful and the exact height I wanted, I realized my error. I started off by phoning Home Depot. They had the matching deck plate available on their American website, but not the Canadian website. The Canadian website had deck plates made by Vigo, but only in other finishes. Home Depot asked me to call Vigo to get them to send me the deck plate. I then phoned Vigo and they explained that they could not help me because they were not a wholesaler. They encouraged me to phone Home Depot again and see if they could ship it between stores. So I then called back Home Depot. This began a week long process of calling Home Depot and them saying they couldn't help me and then giving me a solution through Vigo, who then said they couldn't do that so they recommended a solution through Home Depot, who then said they could not help me either. I was just about to give up hope and send the faucet back when I thought I would give Vigo one last shot. I was so lucky to speak with David Henderson that day. He went above and beyond to find a solution. He placed me on hold after I recounted all my frustrations and asked for a moment while he worked out a solution. I was a little cynical by this point, but I crossed my fingers and hoped that David could figure something out. It took him almost ten minutes, but when he came back on the phone he told me that he had found a solution. I was so relieved and happy, until our phones disconnected. I almost cried. After all that time, how was I going to get back through to David? Would anyone else help me? Was I going to have to repeat the whole story again? I was shocked when my phone rang. David actually called me back! He then explained the details of how I could get the deck plate and assured me that I would have it in my hands in a week. I was shocked when I received it three days later. I am grateful that David helped me that day. I am thankful that he worked for a company that figured out a way to problem solve in a way that did not require me to return a product that I loved! I am hopeful that they have found a way to make those deckplates available on the Home Depot Canada website or find a way to include them with the faucet. Thank you very much for all your help!

This faucet has been installed in my kitchen for 6 years and has worked perfectly. Unfortunately, something recently broke inside the sprayer so that it was stuck in 'spray' mode and I could not switch to 'stream'. I reached out to Vigo's customer service online and requested directions on how I could purchase a replacement spray head. They blew my mind by offering to send me a free replacement head. All I had to do was email them a copy of my receipt. I sent them a screenshot of my Overstock.com purchase and that day the replacement head was approved to be shipped. No one does this kind of service anymore so when you run into it, it is truly awesome! You have won a repeat customer!
