I wasn’t sure about getting the touchless feature as it seemed a bit fancy and quite a difference in price, but everyone in the house loves it so far. It’s nice to come in with grubby hands and not worry about making a mess of the faucet handle or preparing raw meat and leaving bacteria all over the handle. Definitely worth it. The material seems to be holding up, been 3 weeks, vs my Koehler black sink drain which has already started to paint chip (different manufacturers).

Love the look of the faucet and my black granite counter tops. The button from the sprayer seems to be made out of cheap plastic hope I don’t have an issue down the road with it breaking. Also the sprayer pressure is very weak for some reason wish their was a way to fix that....other than that it’s actually a really great faucet.

Very easy to install. Make sure you have enough clearance, because it is a tall faucet. Just cut my window sill back one inch and it was fine. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is that my wife loves it too! Lol. She was hesitant when I told her I ordered a faucet for our new kitchen that I installed, but she matched the new cabinet handles to it and loves it. The spray control has two settings and covers the entire area of the new deep sink. Packaged in a great box for shipping. Very well made and will probably out last me!

We installed this in a vacation rental unit so it will see heavy use. It seems well made and solid. The only problem was the water pressure was a trickle. We called support and were immediately helped, we even had step-by-step instructions on how to fix the issue. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

i was disappointed to find that the nozzle is plastic rather than metal, but it didn't really bother me so much until i actually installed it and feel like the subpar quality of the nozzle has compromised its functionality. in other words, it's made the water pressure really weak.

I bought this about 8 months ago and installed it about 4 months ago. Installation was straightforward (and I've NEVER installed a faucet) Installed easy and looks GREAT. and its holding up. We are rough with items around our house, and this thing is still working great. it looks nice and feels like top quality. I'm glad I chose this for my kitchen!

Dissapointed in the quality of this kitchen faucet. Also, the lines were too short to connect to the water lines so we returned it.

We absolutely love our new faucet! The matte black is so sleek and it works wonderfully. It was a little more difficult to install than we had anticipated.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and I love it! I got the black matte faucet to go with a black sink. It looks stylish and is very functional. I love the shower spray on it too. I would definitely recommend this faucet.
