Excellent Matresses and great company service.

9 years ago we bought 6 Serta mattresses from SamsClub when we entered our new house. after 9 years they are all still in good shape beside one that sunk in one area. We called the company and they stood behind their warranty and replaced it with a new one. This is a company that stands behind their products. We will buy our future mattresses from them. Thank you for a great service.

Great for back pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot praise this mattress enough! I have scoliosis and with that comes constant back pain. The soft pillow top I had before did absolutely nothing to help with my back pain. After 3 nights of sleeping on my Serta my back pain has lessened and my sleep has improved. I never realized how much my sleep was impacted until I got a better mattress. I can not recommend it enough!!

Comfort in a shared bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a free product from Influenster. The delivery and haul away process was super easy. The matress does not have any chemical smell even though it's brand new, which is a definite plus. It is very comfortable and sturdy and doesn't feel too springy or hard even though it's a firm matress. My husband moves a lot at night so a firm matress that doesn't shake along with him is great. Very pleased so far!

Perfect for our guests

I recently upgraded to the Bleu Embrace Hybrid Firm mattress and it's been a game-changer for my sleep routine. The firmness level is just perfect; it provides the back support I need without feeling too hard, striking a nice balance between support and comfort. The cooling feature is another major plus, especially in my not-so-well-ventilated apartment, ensuring we don't overheat during the night. It feels sturdy and durable too, which means I'm hoping not to be mattress shopping again any time soon. While it might not be everyone's preference if they lean towards softer mattresses, for me, it's been a fantastic find. I'm genuinely impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone in search of better sleep quality.

Ok At First

I bought this FIRM mattress Aug.01,2024 and it was awesome!, but then (always a but) after a few months it started to sag in the middle, turning it didn't help. So will be returning it within the 120 night return window and try Serta Hello Dreams instead.

I had high hopes because we love Serta

I had high hopes because we love Serta and it had good reviews but I cannot recommend this mattress. My back hurts so much after sleeping on this mattress. I wish I splurged and put the money towards an iComfort like we have in our other room. I thought I would be able to save some money and have less quality/comfort but all it has left me with is back pain. Deeply regret my decision. It is way too firm. I am not sure where the hybrid comes into play because I can’t feel the foam part at all. It’s the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s like a rock.

Very Disappointed

Initially a very comfortable mattress but after only 3 months this mattress has a noticeable lumpy hole in the center! User is 130 lb woman.
