It was easy to put up. The kids love it. I really like the netting and how it’s attached by steel bars on the outside of the springs. Much better than having to use ropes like other trampolines. It’s durable and sturdy. Very good so far.

GREAT. Instruction for assembly one of the best I've seen. Just make sure to read the whole thing before you start. There is a reason for every step. Don't try to do what you THINK is next. You will end up undoing what you just did.

We replaced an old one that was great. However, the quality has really changed! Just a few months in and 2 of the enclosure poles bent in. We have been trying to get help for months on replacing just the poles and crickets. Skywalker doesn't return emails or calls.

At first this was great when I bought March 2022. Then over time the poles holding the enclosure started to bend. The kids were not banging on them, the metal is just not very strong and the weight of holding the net pulls and bends them. Now I have a 4 month old trampoline that looks terrible. Why would you sell such a low quality product ? This is our 3 rd trampoline over the years, the other two lasted years.

The netting poles fell within two months. The weight of the net slanted them until they fell. The poles only go like one inch deep into the base so it makes sense that they fall so fast. Buy a different brand this one doesn't hold up with the net.

Nice trampoline, had all the pieces thankfully but the directions and assembly video don’t mention that the net needs to be lined up a certain way, make sure the loops on the top of the net are in line with the socket joints otherwise you’ll end up redoing your mat like I did…..annoying but important detail that would be helpful to include.

We ordered this specific trampoline because it had a higher weight limit than the other trampolines on sale. It's advertised to have a 275lb weight limit, but once opened and put together, the tag says 220lbs. This might not seem like a big deal, but for a big family with kids ranging from 5-18, it definitely matters.

This is for Christmas so it hasn't been put together or used yet. However, the delivery was terrible. Dropped at a spot we just happened to see it, 2 boxes were delivered-1 was ok but the heavier one was busted all to pieces with poles hanging out. I think the driver simply pushed it out the back door of the truck. If there is damage when we pit it together they will be notified.
