I buy this in bulk and freeze all but a little of it. I keep a small container full for when I'm ready to use baking powder. The excess freezes well for a long time, then I thaw enough to refill my small container. Buying in bulk saves money.

I do a lit of baking cake and cookies when my grandchildren are over. This product lasts awhile so I don't have to keep buying baking powder. So I will always have 1 in reserve.

This is my preferred brand when I use Baking Powder. Don't do a lot of baking, but nice to know that if something is a 'fail', it wasn't due to the ingredients. A long time favorite in our family.

I was disappointed to find that this baking powder has aluminum in it! Several people my family, including myself, noticed the bad flavor. Also, it did not make my baked goods rise as well, not to mention the possible health implications with ingesting aluminum. Please switch back to the non-aluminum baking powder, Sams!
