The blue color is perfect and we enjoy the swivel aspect. I would have given five stars except the pillow is not very comfortable. I bought a different pillow that fits the chair better.

I just received my two gray Becky Owens swivel chairs. The chairs are beautiful and the perfect size for my needs. The only problem that I have is the size of the pillow that is included. In all of the pictures on the website, the pillow looks to extend slightly above the back of the chair which is ideal. The pillows that I received are slightly lower than the back of the chair. This makes it very uncomfortable on your back unless you move the pillow up higher which in turn makes the pillow unstable. The seat is too deep to sit comfortably without a pillow. Guess I'm going to have to buy taller pillows for comfortable back support.

I been client of Sam's Club over 30 years, I am a plus member. I bought two chairs 20 days ago, before I realized they were on sale. I found that the chairs were on sale. If I wanted to get the refund of the difference, I was asked to return the chairs and buy a new ones. They are big and bulky. I was very disappointed by the poor costumer service. I am 65 years old, that is a big task for me.
