its been almost a year since i got this tires and we are happy to report they are performing very well in all conditions, in Alberta we get freezing and snowing conditions and these tire just don't care. no more hassle of swapping tires every winter winter and spring. We are using them on a 2021 Santa Fe AWD

Much better than expected.  Really good in the deep wet snow.   Excellent in wet.  Also good on dry, in fact very good. I run studded Michelin North 4 in winter for our brutal climate (calgary) but I had to leave them on late into the spring as we get late snow and my summers were performance summers and you dont dare go on any snow what so ever.  Three sets is too much for 90 percent of drivers but this saves my studs for the dec / jan feb when I need then.  In fact they are so good on dry that when my performance summers wear out i'll just use these. in my size.  225/40/18    the Cross climate 2 are 90 percent of my pilot sports   The compromise for winter was not as much as I was expecting and the same for summer ,  They are a tiny bit noisy compares to a luxury touring tire.

We purchased these tires for our Audi Q5 3.0T several months back and couldn’t be happier. Prior to these, I wasn’t able to drive faster than 50 mph in the rain as the suv would hydroplane nonstop. Scary!! My husband came across these and decided to take a chance on them. Not only did the hydroplaning stop, the vehicle rides better than it ever has. Additionally, we just had a major snow storm today (first since having these bad boys) and I was able to drive it like it wasn’t even snowing. I was also able to get up hills that other vehicles were stuck on without any issues at all. Hands down the best tires in the snow I have ever ever had. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Not sure what they want.

I am so glad I got the tires when I did. My car is still new and I thought my regular tires would be good enough for the winter here in Upstate New York, but the first hint of frost and I was sliding already. So I got my new CrossClimate tires about a month ago and I went through the foot high snow of our latest snowstorm without any problems.

It took 1000 for these tires to wear in but now they are awesome, much better than the Michelin Defenders they replaced. These give a comfortable ride and extreme performance on wet roads. I can't wait until I get to drive on snow this winter. I highly recommend these tires.

Long time Michelin Tire Buyer, I've had the AT & Defenders on many model vehicles. Wife has 2016 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited. OEM came with Run flats which were noisy and hard. I changed to Defenders which is a great tire. With 63,000 miles we just installed Cross Cimate 2 size 235-55/18. Michelin knocked it out of the park with these tires. Feels like I'm driving a luxury 80k SUV now. Smooth, Quiet and tons of control. I can not believe how quiet and smooth they ride. We live in Florida but also spend a lot of time in the Mountains of NC. NO snow yet but Ill report once we do. Im pretty confident they will perform. Thank You Michelin.

Well, I JUST filled out the Warranty papers - I bought the tires in September, 2023 & it's now late April, 2024. Being a 74 year old woman, I am NOT wild about the fact that in order to register my Warranty, I had to kneel down in my garage to get the DOT number. Why the heck doesn't their Dealer put that on the Sales Slip ? To me, that's something Micheling should control. Anyway, they're on the back, where I had a puncture of one of my tires. I don't notice much but I DO test them when in rains and I'm in a safe place. I go about 45MPH and slam on the brakes. They perform well. That's what I am most interested in so I'm happy with my tires.

Bought the tires about 2 months ago. Hit all weather conditions since then. Tires are noisy... to the point I needed to regularly check my RPMs. Tires handle well on dry and very well on wet surfaces. They handle moderately well in snow. I found myself sliding a bit in slushy roads.

I bought these tires after a brush with a curb caused my previously inadequate tire to blow out. The Michelin tires have been such an improvement in so many ways. The noise is greatly reduced, the handling is terrific and they perform miracles in all climate conditions.
