Decent tire except when wet

I bought my 2011 Chevy Malibu LTZ with these already installed and in most conditions they seem ok. Great on dry roads and handle good but notice on wet or damp roads traction isn't as good. They are about three years old and told they have about half of not 3/4 tread left but unsure how long I will leave them on the car. Not as good of a feel as the Assurance Fuel Max tires I had installed on my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix or 2004 Chevy Impala. Also not as good traction on wet roads. We will see if that improves after a rotation balance is completed.

Need to Replace

These were OEM tires that came with the car that I now need to replace after only 34.5k miles. Won't really miss them. Though handling and cornering performance in both dry and wet driving conditions is acceptable, they are noisy and harsh and obviously wear out quickly.

A good tire that latest over 90,000 miles on my car!

With a strict tire rotation regiment and frequent inflation checks, this tire will last a very long time. I had these tires on my car for 95,000 miles! Granted I keep tires on my vehicles longer than most people would, but I had good performance with them. They ride quite and have good traction.

Good Handling, Quite Ride

The Goodyear LS2 tires were new on my 2015 Ford Fusion SE, which was purchased as a certified pre-owned vehicle from a Ford dealer. I have 35,000 miles on these tires and they ready for replacement. Other than only getting 35,000 miles from these tires, I have been very happy with their performance. My Fusion has a very quiet ride and good handling with these tires. These are 235/45/18 V performance tires, so I can only assume that the higher V speed rating is the reason for the lower mileage, since a V rated tire is intended for better traction and performance at the expense of longer tread life. From other reviews, it appears that this tire has much better tread life on trucks.

Don't buy these tires.

I've run Goodyear tires on almost every car and truck that I've owned. I just had a new set of ASSURANCE WEATHERREADY's put on my 2013 Chevy Traverse today. That's how committed I am to Goodyear The LS-2's came on my Silverado High Country as standard equipment are the worst tires I have ever driven on. I've just crossed 40K miles and they are shot. From the beginning, the traction on both wet and dry surfaces is just awful. And don't even try on ice or snow. Just stay home.

These are very, very quiet tires, you can't go wrong with th

I purchased my pickup used 3 years ago that already had 2 brand new 20" Eagle LS-2s. The other worn OEM tires had an Italian name, but I replaced them with LS-2s to simply save money and have a matching set. I was completely surprised that these tires were so quiet and provided a very comfortable car-like ride. I get them rotated every 5k miles like clockwork when I change the oil, and even though I don't recall a specific treadwear warranty--there has only been marginal treadwear after 50k miles. ...will certainly purchase again--most friends that have similar pickup truck always comment on the ride--even those that have the identical 5.4 v-8 truck. In fact, trying to find comparable Eagle LS-2s for my 4 cylinder car. For me to have no complaints or concerns is a BIG DEAL. Will certainly try them again.

Great tire

This is my second set of Goodyear Eagle LS-2 tires on my 2003 GMC 1500 SLE standard cab. First set was on the truck when I bought the truck from a co-worker. They had a little over 62,000 miles on them when I purchased my second set because I loved the way the truck handled with the first set. I currently have 36,773 miles on my second set and still have 5/32 tread left on them. I rotate tires every 5,000 miles. These tires see it all from many highway miles to a lot of dirt road miles for fishing. Rain, snow and sleet, does not matter, handling is great, good traction and on the highway they are very quiet. Another winter is upon us and I am not worried, have never been stuck in the snow with these tires. I am running 275/55R20's . Come spring time I will be buying my third set just to have them in hand when I am ready to change out my current set. Have been very pleased with these tires.

Great Tires!

When I bought my 07 Tundra these tires were on the truck. I was amazed by how smooth the driving was for a truck. even my friends complimented me on how they didn't think a truck could drive so smooth. I drive long distances and in many weather conditions, but I am impressed with how safe I feel driving in the rain. I got 55k miles out of this set and I bought my truck used. Not sure how many miles were on them before I bought. But I just bought another set and love the feel of new. I want also to say this is the first time I really did research on buying tires. In the past I thought about it to much only buying what was the best price. But I found my truck with the 20in rims limited my choices. And I was looking maybe of going from 275/55 R20 to 275/60 R20 to fill out my wheel well more. So when I went to the dealer I asked to see both and there was really not a greater amount of difference other than the base was slimmer on larger size. And I didn't like that.

In October of 2013 I purchased a new 2014 Silverado pick up

In October of 2013 I purchased a new 2014 Silverado pick up equipped with 20 inch Goodyear Eagle LS 2 tires. I currently have 98000 miles on this set of tires and I have been very happy with them. I rotate these tires every other oil change and I believe this coupled with the quality of the tire is the reason for the success of these tires. This message may not mean anything to your company but when people are fast to complain I think it is just as important to let companies know when you are happy with a product. Thanks

Comfortable ride but why the irritating RED DOT on the sidew

I really like my Goodyear tires but the last set I got had a RED Dot on the outside side wall and it won't come off. I am VERY particular about my car and HATE this RED Dot which is about the size of a quarter, I use Tire Black to try and cover it up but it DOESN'T GO AWAY or diminish. What is the reason behind this RED DOT, used to indicate "blemished tires", surely that's NOT the case? First time I have had this happen and hope it is the LAST time. I realize this is a small irritating issue but looks like crap on a really clean, detailed car. Please Stop putting the red dots on the sidewalls. Thanks for reading this!!
