I actually prchased this for the rubber mats in my car.   I wanted to put a shine on them.  Unfortunately  The product does NOT dry but stays wet and VERY slippery which makes it hard to not transfer the product to the accelerator and brake pedals.  This might be ok on tires (although something that doesn't dry will gather dirt) but not on rubber mats.

Not recommended for anything other than tires.

I've used this tire shine for years. Put it on any discolored surface. Brings it back to factory. I have even sprayed my black shutters on my house. Been almost a year and still look amazing!
