If you try stud finder before you know they are hit or miss. This one is from Franklin family and seems to be the only stud finder which really works. This is also great price as normally Franklin ones start from $40...

This Stud finder has 3 light which give an idea of the width of the Stud. Big button to turn on is very convenient and easy to use. very helpful in my projects. The best one in this price range works great.

Great ergos and the led lights tracking the studs is a huge game changer! Compared to my old yellow stud finder that always fails and only has one light making it a pain to center the stud! Blue sapphire is the way to go!

This stud finder is the easiest to use I have ever had... and I've had serveral... I had to get another one for each tool box. You can't beat the price either.

Easy to use not very complicated. Also surprisingly accurate it’ll tell you whether there’s electrical wiring or wood behind the sheet rock as well so that’s always good and I highly recommend it.
