I reviewed a lot of generators over many months and this one kept appearing on different Best Generators lists. The perks are the power, performance display screen, and push button and remote start. The article that impressed me the most was the line that said, Sometimes you want things that just work. That clinched it so I bought it.

I just recieved my new WG12000. Assembly was easy with no issues. The funnel was Not included, as others have mentioned, but no big deal. I fueled and oiled it and it started first push of the Start button. It ran smooth and I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. I can't tell you how it will perform. I'll have to get back to you.

After spending a fair amount of time researching 12000 watt generators I decided to buy this Westinghouse WGen12000, and I could not be happier. The product was delivered nicely packaged and contained everything needed to get it started and running. Directions were simple to follow, and after adding the gas it started right up with the included remote control. Love the power, all the features and the quality!

This item was ordered on a Wednesday and delivered the following day......unbelievable service. This units packaging was exceptional, installed tires, removed 2-2"x4"x6" pieces of wood slid uint Forward and used handles to role unif off pallet! Added oil some fuel and it started right up! Let's hope we never need it but we will be ready. Thanks for a great product!

Bought this generator as a backup power source for my house. Shipping was a little tricky with the freight company truck being too big for our road, but no fault of the generator. Good looking beast of machine. I've got 11 hours into it with no issues. Time will tell if it holds up. Looking forward to Power during our frequent outages.

We just purchased this generator and got it all set up no problem. It started on the first try. Haven't actually had to use it yet, but if it starting on the first try is any indication of how it will work in the future, it will be perfect. My wife even started it with little to no instruction.

Continuation from last review. This is a beast. Our home is all electric, no gas at all! This unit powers with no problem everything, and I mean everything! Water heater,electric stove,microwave,ceiling fans,tv"s,computers,dishwasher,central air conditioning, outside lights,ham radio equipment (KD5BBL) you name it. This is a well built generator and woth the price!

We bought this generator about a month ago. It so easy to use. It started the first time we tried. It has a pull start, an electric start and remote control start. It is much quieter than our other generator. We are very pleased. Came with everything that it supposed to have.

Great machine. Came packed well, went together easily. The only 3 things I would change is 1: The dipstick requires careful re insertion to seat it properly. 2.The oil fill cap only dies into a hole cut in the valve cover.It must be carefully and gently screwed back in. 3.The gas on and off when hot comes out if the push in holder. Be careful turning on and off pulling it towards you to operate. Do not force it.

Model # Dropdown did not include my model (WGen9500) so picked the closest. Very prompt delivery. Setup was easy and straightforward. Started right up - love the electric start feature. Have not used it yet under load, but I'm confident it will perform well - ready now for the possible wildfire blackouts this coming fire season.
