Bought to power my entire house. Set up was easy. Unit is very heavy.

Works well easy to operate. Very impressed how easy it is to run and set up.

Hopefully, I will change my mind soon. As of now, my brand-new WGen20000 will not start. Not even a sound. Followed the starting directions. Battery charged, plenty of fuel and oil. Pushed the button with no sound. I've got a big job that requires this size machine, and I will not be ready because of this issue. Received the machine with the box already open with parts missing. Right now, it just seems like a bad expensive purchase. Does anybody have any suggestions?
