Awesome generator - received this at the end of June due to some delays. Once it arrived; hooked it up and tested it out with my transfer switch (yes supports transfer switch!) and it powered literally everything i needed it to which was everything in my house - The true test! Washer, dryer, ceiling fans, fridge, stove, 2 FL HVAC unit - you name it, this thing can do it and with the smart features and remote start - super easy to operate! So glad I bought this - comparable to Generac and way cheaper!

It's asking me to do a review for each of my warranty registrations, so this is my second one. As I mentioned previously, two new 20,000 Watt generators arrived without the washers for the axels, or the trickle chargers necessary to keep the battery ready to go during a power failure. I let the washers slide and just went to the hardware store, but the chargers are a different matter. There is no pull rope on these big units. No battery, no start. What's worse is that we've cranked them so they can run for the 5 hour break in period as you're not supposed to exceed 50% of the load during that time and we wanted them to be ready for a real power failure. Unfortunately we're experiencing random shutdowns. It can be restarted after about 30 seconds or so, but I'm wondering if the auto choke is kicking in and choking the engine. Whatever the case, this is not acceptable for units that are for emergency use.

Easy to unpack and while relatively heavy, very easy to move around with the wheels and handles. Only complaint with setup relates to connecting the battery. The battery is tucked away and part of it goes behind the wheel making it very hard to get the screws loose in order to remove the battery to connect the battery leads. I'd recommend either changing the placement of the battery to make it easier to reach or changing where the connectors are on the battery so they are more accessible in current position or changing instructions to hook up battery before wheels are put on. We haven't connected it to our home yet but once that gets completed I'll do another review on overall use/effectiveness.

This is the 2nd Westinghouse generator I've purchased. Both have been as pictured with very easy instructions for assy and operation. For 12,000 watt it's quieter than my older 4000W Onan genset. It's been running small power tools for a breakin period, then will be hooked up with a transfer switch for emer house power.

The generator came very well packaged and protected. After un-crating and unboxing, put wheels on, connected battery, put in ol and gas and it started up and ran flawlessly. The unit is heavy, but even my wife can wheel it outside. Im looking forward to may years of service from this generator. It powers my entire house and I have a 3 ½ Ton AC unit. Great value.

So far so good. Added oil and hooked up the battery l. Pushed the button on the key fob and it fired right up.

I love the ease of operation, ability to move from one place to the other with the large handle and overall operation.

First generator I ever owned. Product was packaged securely and is provided with oil and filter. Easy setup and started up on first try.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this generator. The packaging was outstanding and set-up was easy.

Runs quite for its size plenty of power and options on fuel.great for my travel trailer and emergency power outages from hurricanes
