One good thing about this is that it looks really nice and thick. I immediately tried to mix it into cold milk like it says on the bottle. This 100% did not work, and I just ended up with a bunch of clumps in some milk. Microwaving it did not help. It did mix well into plain yogurt, but the taste... Jesus Christ, this stuff is metallic. It's got a really intense aftertaste, not far off from Stevia, but supposedly uses erythritol (among other things). It isn't on the level of wholly inedible by itself (at least for someone like me), but it's really not great. I am also not kidding when I say that if you blindfolded me and had me eat some, I don't think l'd ever guess this was chocolate. It has more of a dark potpourri kind of vibe, like an intense berry.

I like to make my kids chocolate milk with this syrup so a little hard to dissolve in milk but great for ice cream. Makes morning breakfast a little sweet and quick to work up. Since i don't make chocolate milk every morning it does last us a bit longer and we definitely get our money's worth.
