Several in our family are unable to eat pork products, so we've tried lots of substitutes. This brand of turkey bacon has done very well at satisfying our longings for good bacon. It's true that only real bacon will do everything that we expect from bacon, but understanding that, this brand comes extremely close in all our cooking applications. Over time, as we've talked about its merits, several of our extended families have tried it and now swear by it as well.

It’s not like beef or pork bacon in flavor that’s why I only gave 4 stars. Despite all of that the way this bacon crisps and doesn’t dry out I love.
