This is the very best bacon I have ever had! I tried this just to see if the taste compared with regular bacon. Not only is there no difference in taste, there is absolutely no fat, and every single ounce of it is usable. I am done with pork bacon!

I put several pieces on aluminum foil in the oven for 10 minutes and let it cool and stacked them in a sandwich bag and put in the fridge. Then I take one out each day for my sandwich for lunch it makes my Tortilla taste so good.
